Official Rules (Terms & Conditions)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Eligibility

Open To: The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date. Void where prohibited.

Not Eligible: The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:

1. Sponsor Owners/Members: Any owner or member of The $2 Dollar Dream LLC (the “Sponsor”).
2. Household Members of Sponsor Owners: Any person who resides in the same household as a Sponsor owner or member (whether related or not) at any time during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. Insiders: Any individual who is directly involved in the administration, operation, or winner selection of this Sweepstakes, or who has non-public access to entry data, drawing procedures, or results before their public announcement (for example, internal sweepstakes administrators or drawing auditors).

Eligible (With Conditions): Friends of the Sponsor, marketing affiliates, influencers, agencies, contractors, and vendors who are not otherwise disqualified above are eligible to enter provided that:

1. They are not involved in the administration, operation, or winner selection of the Sweepstakes.
2. They do not have any non-public access to entry data, drawing procedures, or drawing results.

Note: Any influencer or affiliate who promotes the Sweepstakes must comply with all applicable FTC endorsement guidelines. Any compensation received for promoting the Sweepstakes does not affect that person’s eligibility to enter or win under these rules.

Permitted Marketing Metrics. For clarity, receipt by an influencer/affiliate of own-performance marketing reports (e.g., clicks, orders, commissions, aggregate counts of entries attributed to that influencer’s referrals) that exclude any personally identifiable entrant information, the official drawing file, ticket/entry identifiers, randomization parameters, or unannounced results shall not constitute non-public access to entry data and shall not, by itself, affect eligibility under these Official Rules.

Winner Selection & Fairness: All eligible entries will be included in a random drawing to select the winner(s). Every eligible entrant, including any friend or affiliate of the Sponsor,  has an equal chance of winning. Personal relationships or friendships with the Sponsor do not influence or improve any entrant’s odds of winning. The winner selection process is unbiased and in full compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor also reserves the right to verify eligibility and will disqualify any individual who is found to be violating the rules or attempting to interfere with the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Legal Compliance & Agreement: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by these Official Rules and to accept the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Participants also waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. In summary, no entrant (including a friend of the Sponsor who wins) will have any grounds to challenge the results, making this section legally binding and the Sponsor protected under the terms outlined above.

Sponsor

The Sponsor is The $2 Dollar Dream LLC, located at 1273 Metropolitan Ave SE, Unit 17752, Atlanta, GA 30316. Sponsor is responsible for the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, ViralSweep, or any social media platform; those services are used only to facilitate entry and administration. Any questions or communications regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor at the above address.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants agree that, by entering, they satisfy the eligibility requirements and that they understand and will comply with these Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 3, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or time-keeping device is the official timekeeper for this promotion. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible (for mail-in entries, they must be actually delivered to Sponsor by that time, not merely postmarked). The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, with notice given by updating these Official Rules or via Sponsor’s website.

How to Enter

There are two methods of entry into the Sweepstakes:

1. Online Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by purchasing entry packages through the Sponsor’s website (hosted on Shopify at 2dollardream.com). For each purchase, the entrant will receive a number of Sweepstakes entries based on the package selected, as described below. The available entry packages and their corresponding entries (including any bonus entries) are:

• • Entry – $2.00 (USD): 1 entry
  • Dreamer – $10.00: 6 entries (5 entries + 1 bonus entry)
  • Believer – $20.00: 14 entries (10 entries + 4 bonus entries)
  • Visionary – $35.00: 30 entries (20 entries + 10 bonus entries)
  • Prestige – $50.00: 50 entries (35 entries + 15 bonus entries)
  • Iconic – $100.00: 120 entries (80 entries + 40 bonus entries)
  • Legendary – $250.00: 325 entries (200 entries + 125 bonus entries)

When an entrant completes a purchase of any package, the corresponding entries will be automatically recorded via the ViralSweep platform. There is no limit to the number of entry packages an entrant may purchase during the Promotion Period. All purchases are subject to verification and compliance with these Rules; fraudulent or incomplete transactions will be void. Entries are non-refundable once submitted. No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your odds of winning.

Digital Image Included with Purchase. Each paid entry package includes delivery of a non-exclusive, personal-use digital image (the “Digital Image”). Delivery is by download link and/or email to the address provided at checkout, typically immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. The Digital Image has no cash value, is not a prize, and does not affect the odds of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win (see AMOE). Purchasing an entry package provides entries and the Digital Image; free mail-in entries do not include the Digital Image.

Digital Image Terms (License/Delivery/Support). The Digital Image is licensed, not sold, and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., viewing, sharing to personal social media with attribution to Sponsor). No resale, sub-licensing, or commercial use without Sponsor’s prior written consent. Standard format (e.g., JPG/PNG), minimum resolution stated at point of sale. If you do not receive the Digital Image within 24 hours, contact Sponsor at 1273 Metropolitan Ave SE, Unit 17752, Atlanta, GA 30316; Sponsor will re-send a functioning link. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once entries are credited. The Digital Image is separate from any prize and does not increase the chance of winning.

2. Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a postcard or card (no smaller than 3½″ x 5″) and mail it in a separately stamped envelope with proper postage to: The $2 Dollar Dream Sweepstakes – Entry, 1273 Metropolitan Ave SE, Unit 17752, Atlanta, GA 30316. Limit: One entry per mailed envelope envelope; however, there is no limit on the number of mail-in entries per person (but each must be mailed separately). Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately with sufficient postage. Mechanically reproduced or mass-mail entries, and any entries that are illegible, incomplete, or late, are void. Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor by November 3, 2025, to be eligible (simply being postmarked by that date is not sufficient). Mail-in entries received after this deadline will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail.

Entry Conditions and Limitations

There is no overall limit to the number of entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period via either method. You may combine entry methods (for example, you may enter via purchase and also via mail). Each entry must be submitted in compliance with these Official Rules. Automated or bulk entries (including entries submitted using any automated system, script, or macro) are prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Additional Entries (Referrals/Affiliate Program): The Sponsor may offer opportunities for entrants to earn bonus entries by performing certain actions, such as referring friends via a unique referral link or participating in the Sponsor’s affiliate program. Any such opportunities and the specific number of additional entries awarded will be described on the Sweepstakes website or promotional materials. All referral or affiliate-generated entries will be tracked and validated through the ViralSweep system to ensure they are obtained legitimately. Automated entries or referrals (such as through bots or scripts) are prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries (or entrants) that it finds to be generated by script, macro, robotic, commercial, or other automated means, or otherwise in violation of these Rules.

Entry Requirements and Restrictions: All entries, regardless of method, must be submitted and received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Entries must contain all information requested (as applicable) and comply with any stated requirements. Entries that do not follow instructions or fail to provide required information will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. An entrant may use only one (1) email address/account to participate. Using multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to gain more entries than permitted or any other attempt to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification of all entries from that entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Description

Grand Prize (1 Winner). One (1) grand prize will be awarded, subject to the terms below. The Grand Prize will consist of one of the following, determined by total ticket sales and, where stated, Sponsor’s discretion:

A. Dome Property (ARV approx. $1,000,000) — Conditioned on Sales Threshold

Prize: Ownership of a dome home property located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, situated on approximately 12 acres (the “Property”), consisting of the land and improvements, including fixtures permanently attached. The Property is awarded AS IS without any warranty (express or implied) except that Sponsor will convey clear, marketable title (free of mortgages or liens) at transfer.

ARV vs. FMV (Disclosure). Any Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in advertising (e.g., “$1,000,000”) is an estimate only. The actual fair market value (FMV) for income-tax reporting will be determined as of the date of transfer by an independent, licensed real estate appraiser selected by Sponsor using customary appraisal methods (market, income, and/or cost approaches). County assessed values and promotional estimates are not controlling. No difference between ARV and FMV will be awarded.

Sales Threshold (Condition to Award Property). The Property will be awarded only if total net revenue from all Sweepstakes entry ticket sales reaches at least $1,000,000 (one million dollars) net sales during the Sweepstakes Period. If this net-sales threshold is met or exceeded, the Property is the default Grand Prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Tier 1 Cash Alternative described below in lieu of the Property.

B. Cash Alternative (Tier 1 — $250,000 Cash)

If total net revenue from all entry sales reaches $1,000,000 or more, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award a cash prize of $250,000 (USD) instead of the Property (for example, if the winner cannot or will not take title, or Sponsor elects to substitute cash).

C. Cash Alternative (Tier 2 — 15% of Net Entry Sales)

If total net revenue from all entry sales is under $1,000,000 by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Grand Prize will be a cash prize equal to 15% of Net Proceeds.

• “Net Proceeds” means total gross revenue from all entry sales minus: (i) marketing and advertising expenses; (ii) affiliate commissions; (iii) payment/credit-card processing fees; and (iv) taxes.
• Example: If total entry sales (gross) = $800,000 and allowable deductions total $200,000, Net Proceeds = $600,000; the prize equals 15% of $600,000 = $90,000.

One Prize Only; No Entrant Choice. Only one of the above will be awarded. The actual prize depends on sales results and these criteria, and, where applicable, Sponsor’s election. The winner does not choose the prize. The Property will not be awarded unless the $1,000,000 net-sales threshold is met. If a cash alternative is awarded, Sponsor may pay by check or wire (lump sum). Acceptance of the prize (whether the Property or a substituted prize) constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and any statements by winner about the Sweepstakes or prize for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide in any media, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

Prize Value Statements. The ARV of the Property is approximately $1,000,000 (estimate only). The ARV of any cash prize will be either $250,000 (Tier 1) or a variable amount equal to 15% of Net Proceeds (Tier 2). Actual prize value will depend on final sales and, for the Property, the FMV appraisal at transfer. No difference between any advertised ARV and actual FMV/value will be paid.

Taxes & Costs. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize, including income tax in the year awarded (cash or Property FMV as reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC), as well as, for the Property, ongoing property taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, and any closing/transfer/recording costs not expressly paid by Sponsor. Sponsor does not provide tax advice and no tax gross-up will be provided.

Real Estate Transfer. Winner must complete all documents required for transfer (e.g., deed and affidavits) within the timeframe set by Sponsor. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner per these Rules.

Important Prize Conditions: The potential winner understands that winning the Property does not include any optional services or items not specified above. The Sponsor will pay for the standard title transfer fees necessary to convey ownership of the Property to the winner (e.g., deed recording fees), if applicable, but any other closing costs or fees (if any) associated with the transfer of real estate may be the responsibility of the winner. The winner must cooperate with the Sponsor in completing any real estate transfer documents and will be required to sign an acceptance agreement and other legal documents (such as a deed and an affidavit of eligibility/liability release) as a condition of receiving the prize. If the winner is unwilling or unable to accept the Property as-is or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited. The prize may not be substituted for cash by the winner, except as explicitly provided if a cash alternative is offered by Sponsor. The prize is not transferable and cannot be sold or assigned prior to awarding. No portion of the prize may be exchanged or redeemed by the winner for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion as described above.

No Investment Representations. Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee regarding rental income, profitability, or future value of the Property. Any examples or discussions of potential income are illustrative only and not promises.

Odds of Winning

Odds: the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Because entrants may receive multiple entries (through purchases or bonus entries), and because both purchase and free mail-in entries are allowed, it is not possible to calculate any exact odds in advance. However, generally, odds will be 1 out of total entries (for example, if 100,000 entries are received, the odds of a single entry winning are 1 in 100,000). Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

Winner Selection

Random Drawing: On or about November 6, 2025, the Sponsor (or its independent sweepstakes administrator) will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted using the ViralSweep platform or a similar independent randomization tool, under the supervision of the Sponsor. The selection process will be fair and random, and all decisions of the Sponsor (and its administrator) are final and binding with respect to the drawing and winner selection.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or telephone (using the contact information provided with the entry) within approximately five (5) business days after the drawing. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their email account (and spam filter) and phone number are functioning and able to receive notifications. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email filters, phone messaging issues, or any provision of incorrect or inactive contact information. If the selected potential winner cannot be contacted successfully within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, deem that potential winner ineligible.

Sponsor may also publicly announce the winning entrant (for example, on its website or social media) after the winner is confirmed. If the potential winner entered via mail and did not provide an email or phone, Sponsor reserves the right to attempt notification by mail or other reasonable means. The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s notification within seven (7) calendar days of the first notice. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner as described below.

Winner Verification: In order to claim the prize, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return certain documents provided by Sponsor: an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), as well as an IRS W-9 form (for tax reporting purposes). These documents must be returned to Sponsor by the deadline specified in the notification (typically within 7–14 days of receipt).Additionally, the Sponsor may require the potential winner to undergo an identity verification and may request proof of age and residency (such as a copy of a government-issued identification). These forms will be used to verify the winner’s eligibility and obtain their consent to publicity and liability terms.

If the potential winner (i) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) fails to sign and return the required Prize Claim Documents within the allotted time; (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) cannot be successfully contacted or fails to respond to the prize notification within the required time period; then the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In the event of forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct an alternate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner, and proceed with notification and verification of that alternate winner. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which any unclaimed prize may not be awarded, subject to compliance with applicable laws.

Prize Delivery: Once a potential winner is confirmed as the official winner (having met all eligibility and documentation requirements), arrangements will be made to deliver or award the Grand Prize:

• For the Property Prize: The winner must be willing and able to take ownership of the real estate property in Mineral Bluff, GA. Transfer of the property will require the winner to sign any additional documents necessary to effect a deed transfer and comply with legal requirements for property conveyance. The winner should expect the transfer of the Property to occur within approximately 60 days of winner verification, subject to adjustment for any unforeseen delays or required procedures. The winner must take possession of the Property by the date specified by Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor will coordinate with the winner to facilitate the property transfer. The property will be transferred “as is”, without warranties or guarantees of any kind as to its condition or fitness for use. The winner will be responsible for all costs and obligations associated with ownership of the property after transfer, including but not limited to property taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance, and any other ongoing expenses.
• For any Cash Prize: Delivery will be made in the form of a check or electronic funds transfer (at Sponsor’s discretion) for the full amount of the cash prize. No installment payments will be used unless otherwise agreed. Prize payment will be processed after winner verification is complete. Please allow up to 30 days after all required winner verification steps are completed for delivery of the cash prize.

The winner will be solely responsible for any costs associated with travel to the Property or any inspection prior to acceptance (if desired), as well as all ongoing costs after transfer. Sponsor will provide instructions to the winner regarding claiming the prize, and failure to comply with those instructions (or with any conditions herein) may result in disqualification.

The receipt of the prize is contingent upon the potential winner’s compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE, and all associated privileges will be immediately terminated.

Taxes; Valuation; Reporting

The Grand Prize (whether cash or property) is taxable and will be reported as income to the winner in the year awarded.

Valuation for Tax Purposes. For income-tax reporting, the value of the Property Prize will be the fair market value (“FMV”) as of the date of transfer, determined by an independent, licensed real-estate appraiser selected by Sponsor using customary appraisal methods (market, income, and/or cost approaches). Any Approximate Retail Value (ARV) stated in advertising is an estimate only and is not controlling for tax purposes. No difference between ARV and the appraised FMV will be paid.

Information Reporting. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and file a corresponding report with the IRS reflecting (i) the FMV of the property prize (if awarded) or (ii) the amount of any cash prize. Sponsor may also file any required state tax forms. As a condition of receiving the prize, winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and any other reasonably requested tax forms and information. Failure to timely provide required forms/information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Winner’s Tax Responsibility. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with acceptance and ownership of the prize, including income taxes due in the year the prize is awarded (cash or property FMV), and, for a property prize, any ongoing property taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, and any transfer/recording/documentary stamp/closing costs not expressly paid by Sponsor. Sponsor does not provide tax advice and will not provide any tax “gross-up” or reimbursement. If withholding is required by law, Sponsor may withhold the required amounts and the prize may be reduced accordingly.

Basis and Subsequent Transactions. If the Property is awarded, the winner’s initial tax basis in the Property generally will be the FMV reported on the Form 1099-MISC (as adjusted by applicable law). Any subsequent rental income, deductions, and/or gain or loss on a later sale of the Property will be determined under the tax rules applicable to the winner’s situation. Winner should consult a qualified tax professional.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Fraud and Tampering: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or void any entries if it finds that such individual has attempted to tamper with or undermine the entry process, violated the Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Sponsor’s website or any related promotion website, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, and to disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes (as well as future promotions). Use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or similar entry methods is strictly prohibited, and the Sponsor may void all such entries. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes by monitoring entries and performing investigations. This includes the right to void or disqualify any entries for any reason including, but not limited to: multiple entries from one person beyond the allowable limit; multiple entries from the same IP address or same device in a manner that violates the rules; or the use of false information, bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. All decisions by the Sponsor in enforcing the rules are final and binding.

2. Right to Cancel, Modify or Suspend: If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, due to technical failures (such as computer virus, bugs, hacking, or other tampering), unauthorized intervention, fraud, pandemic, legal mandate, or any other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time. In such an event, the Sponsor may, in its discretion, either (a) refund all entry fees to participants, or (b) select the winner in a fair and equitable manner, such as from among all non-suspect entries legitimately received up to the time of impairment (or via a random drawing if feasible). The Sponsor further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the entry period or make other adjustments to these Official Rules in any manner deemed fair and appropriate, subject to approval of the relevant regulatory authorities if required. No notice of such modifications or cancellation will be obligation of the Sponsor except to update these Official Rules on the Sponsor’s website and/or to inform entrants via email or other reasonable means.

3. Release of Liability: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize supplier(s), ViralSweep, Shopify, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes (including travel to any Sweepstakes-related activities, if any); (b) any technical errors, including those that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry or that affect the administration of the promotion; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (d) electronic or human error in the processing of entries; (e) disputes over identity of an entrant or qualification of an entry; or (f) the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from participation in any prize activity or use of the Property). Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the use or redemption of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind regarding the prize (except for any standard warranty that may be included with the Property, if any).

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any of the following that may affect an entrant’s ability to participate or the outcome of the Sweepstakes: (i) technical malfunctions or failures of telephone, computer, internet, or communications equipment or services; (ii) errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes materials; (iii) failures of email or entries not received or recorded due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail-in entries; (v) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prize due to causes outside Sponsor’s control; or (vi) theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries or entry data.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including death) to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the prize or any prize-related activity, or from winner’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. The winner further acknowledges that the Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Property, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, structural integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes or accepting the prize, each entrant and the winner grants to the Sponsor and its designees the right to use his/her name, nickname, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state of residence, and any comments or content submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Persona”) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or limitation. Entrant further agrees that the Sponsor may use the entrant’s submitted content (if any, e.g., testimonial or story) as provided, or as edited, in advertising and promotions, without further consent or compensation, and entrant hereby irrevocably waives any moral rights and rights of publicity or privacy they may have in their Persona or content. This publicity release is binding on the winner and all entrants, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy; Sale/Sharing of Personal Information

Sponsor will collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information about entrants as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at 2dollardream.com, incorporated herein by reference) for purposes that include administering the Sweepstakes (e.g., validating entries, preventing fraud, selecting/confirming the winner, prize fulfillment), communicating with entrants (including transactional and promotional communications), analytics, and other business purposes including the sale, licensing, or sharing of personal information to third parties as permitted by law and as described in the Privacy Policy.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may collect and process their personal information and may sell, license, or share such information with third parties (e.g., marketing partners, data processors, and service providers) subject to applicable law and the mechanisms and choices described in the Privacy Policy. Where required by law, entrants have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information (e.g., via a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism described in the Privacy Policy). Exercising such opt-out rights will not affect eligibility, the number of entries, or the chances of winning.

Entrants may also have additional privacy rights under applicable state laws (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal rights). Sponsor will honor such requests as required by law, as set forth in the Privacy Policy. If an entrant does not provide required information when requested, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails; however, Sponsor may still send operational/transactional messages related to the Sweepstakes and any purchase or entry.

Sponsor may use third-party service providers (including Shopify and ViralSweep) to collect, store, validate, and process entries and related personal information. Personal information may be processed in the United States (and, where applicable, other jurisdictions). See the Privacy Policy for full details on categories of data, purposes, retention, disclosures, sale/sharing, opt-out and preference signals, and how to submit privacy requests.

Limitation of Liability

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED ABOVE) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WINNING OR USE OF A PRIZE, OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. By entering, entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever that may arise from or in connection with the Sweepstakes (other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering), and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind (including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity or electronic transmission errors, or network hardware or software failures); (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries (including any lost or delayed data transmissions); or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or device, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in or nearest to Atlanta, Georgia. Entrant further agrees to waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including any costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules. If any provision of these Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from the remainder of the Rules and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Winner’s List and Official Rules

Winner’s List: For the name of the winner (available after the winner is confirmed) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 2DollarDream Sweepstakes – Winner Request, 1273 Metropolitan Ave SE, Unit 17752, Atlanta, GA 30316. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner’s first name, last initial, and state may also be posted on the Sponsor’s website or social media pages after winner confirmation.

Official Rules: These Official Rules will be posted on the Sponsor’s website (2dollardream.com) throughout the Promotion Period. By entering, entrants are deemed to have agreed to these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertising or promotional communications (including but not limited to online or print marketing materials), the terms of these Official Rules shall prevail.

Miscellaneous

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to address errors or omissions at any time during the Promotion Period, provided such modifications do not materially affect the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. The headings in these Official Rules are for convenience and reference only, and shall not affect the interpretation of any provisions.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. All interpretations of these Rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final.
